Please note that it can take a number of weeks for your application to be processed, so once all information has been provided, please be patient whilst awaiting the outcome of the assessment. We aim to work through these as quickly as we can.

Please provide as much information as you can so we are able to find the exact location they are rough sleeping and engage with them. What3words can help to provide a specific location.
For those at imminent risk of homelessness (have to leave accommodation the same day) we offer a walk in service, this service is only available in person up to 3pm, after this time it reverts to a telephone service.
Please note: if you have no accommodation available to you on the day you present as homeless, not all cases meet the criteria to be provided with emergency accommodation therefore other options will be discussed with you.
For all other homeless enquiries please contact on the telephone number or email address at the top of the page so we can assist you before it becomes imminent, this way we can work with you to try to prevent you from becoming homeless.
