In light of the current situation surrounding Covid-19 (Corona Virus) we have made the decision to suspend all allocations through the housing register of City Of Lincoln Council properties. We will continue to allocate to those in band one or who are in emergency situations including homelessness through direct matches and we will continue to advertise housing association properties in the normal way.
North Kesteven District Council will continue to advertise properties through the website in the normal way and applicants are advised to continue to use the website to search for properties they may be interested in and place bids accordingly.
If you are homeless or in an emergency situation then please contact your local authority for further advice. In addition, those that are applying through the housing register may experience longer processing times or responses to queries as we prioritise those who are in most housing need.
If you are registering an application, please remember to make a note of your 6 digit reference number as you will need this each time you login as your login reference
Before submitting your application, please ensure you have read the list of required documents – this is available on the ‘Latest News’ page
If you have started an application to register for Social Housing but have not fully submitted the application within 28 days then it will be cancelled.
