You should let us know if:
You can tell us about changes in your circumstances by logging into your online account and selecting the update option. For changes to your application, you will be able to upload supporting documents to evidence the change in situation.
Please note if you do submit a change in circumstances, we will likely require evidence to support this change, if you fail to respond to this request your application may be closed. Once all information is received, we will then re-assess your application and you will receive notification of the outcome of this assessment.
Below are a few examples of the outcomes to expect when you submit a change in circumstances:
Renewals / Annual Review
In addition to the above, each year you will be required to review the details stored on your application. You will need to login and make any relevant changes to reflect your current housing situation; this process is referred to as a Renewal or Annual Review.
Failure to login and submit the application will result in the application being closed.
Once you have updated your application upon the request of a Renewal, an Officer will review the changes made and either assess on the information provided or request further information or supporting documents to complete the assessment. Failure to provide these documents may lead to your application being closed.
Once the Renewal is complete and the assessment has been completed, you will be issued a letter with the outcome of this assessment.
