Have your say on the content of the City of Lincoln Council’s Housing Allocations Policy by responding here

The City of Lincoln Council is proposing some changes to its current Housing Allocations Policy and is keen to give everyone, regardless of whether they are on the Housing register, the opportunity to have their say on our new allocations policy before it is finalised.

The main proposed changes to the policy and the priority bandings are summarised in the Housing Allocations Policy Consultation Summary

Once the consultation period has closed we will look carefully at all of the feedback received before we publish a revised Allocations Policy in the Spring

If you would like to participate in the consultation process and have an opportunity to comment on the proposed changes please respond within the comments section by Monday 24th February 2020

Once you are registered with Lincshomefinder you can complete an application form to be placed on the housing register. After your application has been accepted you can use this website to search and bid on properties in the City of Lincoln and North Kesteven area.

We operate a choice based letting process, which means you have more flexibility in choosing where you wish to live in the area.
